Leonard Harvey Utber (known as Harvey) was born 5th September 1917 in Frankston Victoria. Because of his height Harvey was touching the cockpit Perspex now and then.

He enlisted on the 28th February 1941 and was discharged 28th February 1946. He later returned to the land and lived in country Victoria.
