The Spitfire Association has postponed the 60th Anniversary to the weekend of the 5th Mar 2022. A celebratory dinner will be held on Saturday 5th, in conjunction with the Temora Aviation Museum, taking place in the Museum hangar alongside the Spitfires. This is a rare event to meet with fellow military and civilian aviation and history enthusiasts at the hub of Spitfires, Temora.
Guests will include the Chief of Air Force, Air Marshal Mel Hupfeld, AO, DSC (Spitfire Memorial Defence Fellowship Patron), Air Vice-Marshal (Ret’d) Mark Skidmore, AM (Spitfire Association Patron) and the Air Commander Australia (ACAUST) Air Vice-Marshal Joe ‘Vinny’ Iervasi, AM, CSC.
Accomodation in Temora is very limited. Association membership unlocks a further discount booking code that can be used with our associated hotels in Wagga Wagga. Accomodation is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange and the discount can only remain valid while vacancies are available at these hotels. Don't forget to include the courtesy bus tickets with your dinner ticket, if you wish.
